We specialise in pharma, dangerous goods, time critical shipments apart from handling general cargo by Air & Sea Freight. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and verify MAWB/HAWB, manifests, invoices and packing listsPrepare DG declarations under IATA DGR and check marking, labelling and packingAct as the main contact for customers on bookings, rates and shipment updatesHandle offloads, delays and discrepancies, and resolve customer complaints promptlyClose jobs and capture costs on time for accurate billingRequirementsGraduate; a logistics or EXIM certification is preferred10+ years in air export documentation and customer service at a freight forwarder or CHAStrong knowledge of AWB rules, Indian Customs procedures and ICEGATEIATA DGR certification strongly preferredFamiliarity with Chennai Air Cargo Complex proceduresGood English & official communication skillsProficient in MS Excel, Outlook and freight forwarding softwareHigh attention to detail and the ability to work to tight cut-offsApply: Through LinkedIn, or email your CV to hr@ryal.in
