The company develops and manages business travel programs, organizes a wide range of corporate events, offers competitive air ticket fares, and provides professional assistance with holiday travel choices.Role Description The Air Ticketing Agent role is a full-time, hybrid position based in Sofia, with the flexibility to perform some duties from home. The Air Ticketing Agent will be responsible for searching, pricing, and issuing airline tickets, ensuring clients receive the most suitable and cost-effective travel options. Daily tasks include managing reservations and bookings, processing changes and cancellations, and providing accurate itinerary information and documentation. The role involves communicating with corporate and leisure clients, addressing inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The Air Ticketing Agent will also liaise with airlines and other partners, follow company and industry procedures, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of fares, routes, and booking systems.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills to support corporate and leisure travelers effectively.Candidates should possess skills in reservation and ticketing systems (e.g., GDS platforms such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre) and basic fare construction.Candidates should possess organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple bookings, changes, and client requests efficiently.Candidates should possess computer literacy, including proficiency with office software, email, and online booking tools.Relevant experience in air ticketing, travel agency operations, or corporate travel management is beneficial.Proficiency in English and Bulgarian, both written and spoken, is highly desirable; additional languages are an advantage.A vocational qualification or degree in tourism, hospitality, business, or a related field is preferred.Attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment are essential.
