The Aircraft Dispatcher will prepare and release flight plans, considering aircraft performance, route structure, fuel requirements, and regulatory guidelines. Responsibilities include monitoring meteorological conditions, tracking flights in progress, and coordinating with air traffic control, flight crews, and ground operations to adjust plans as needed. The role involves maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring adherence to safety and security procedures, and responding promptly to operational disruptions. The Aircraft Dispatcher will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to optimize schedules and minimize delays.Qualifications Knowledge of meteorology and the ability to interpret weather data for flight planning and risk assessment.Strong understanding of aircraft performance, limitations, and operational requirements.Experience with flights scheduling, routing, and flight planning procedures.Familiarity with air traffic control protocols and communication standards.Background in military aviation operations or structured operational environments is an advantage.Relevant dispatcher certification or license (where applicable) and strong awareness of aviation regulations and safety standards.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills under time-sensitive conditions.Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams and flight crews.Attention to detail, organization, and proficiency with flight planning and operational software tools.Willingness to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, based on operational needs.
