This role requires strong engineering knowledge, attention to detail, sound technical judgment, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of aviation safety and reliability.💼 Key ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance, inspections, and servicing in accordance with approved procedures.Inspect aircraft structures, engines, mechanical systems, electrical systems, and associated components as authorized.Diagnose technical faults, investigate defects, and recommend appropriate corrective actions.Carry out maintenance, repair, replacement, and troubleshooting activities using approved technical manuals and maintenance data.Review aircraft maintenance records, technical logbooks, work orders, and inspection documentation.Ensure all maintenance activities comply with applicable aviation regulations, approved maintenance programs, and organizational procedures.Identify and report defects, damage, irregularities, and potential safety risks.Coordinate with maintenance planners, quality assurance personnel, engineers, and other technical teams.Support scheduled maintenance checks, component inspections, and aircraft return-to-service activities within the scope of authorization.Verify that tools, equipment, and maintenance materials are handled and stored appropriately.Follow workplace safety procedures, foreign object debris (FOD) prevention practices, and aircraft handling requirements.Assist with technical investigations and root cause analysis of recurring maintenance issues.Maintain accurate records of completed work, inspections, parts replacements, and corrective actions.Participate in technical training and continuous improvement activities.Ensure that maintenance work is completed within approved technical, quality, and safety requirements.✅ RequirementsDegree, diploma, or recognized technical qualification in Aircraft Maintenance, Aeronautical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline, as appropriate to the role.Relevant experience in aircraft maintenance, aircraft systems, mechanical engineering, or aviation technical operations.Strong understanding of aircraft structures, engines, mechanical systems, avionics, or other relevant aircraft systems.Familiarity with aircraft maintenance manuals, technical drawings, inspection procedures, and maintenance documentation.Knowledge of applicable aviation safety standards and airworthiness requirements.Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow technical procedures accurately.Ability to work effectively with maintenance teams and other aviation professionals.Good communication skills and a strong sense of professional responsibility.Willingness to work shifts, weekends, or overtime when required by operational schedules.🌟 Preferred QualificationsA valid aircraft maintenance license or certification recognized by the relevant aviation authority, where required.Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as EASA, GCAA, FAA, or other applicable aviation authorities.Experience working with commercial aircraft, business jets, helicopters, or specialized aircraft systems.Knowledge of maintenance planning systems, technical records management, and quality assurance procedures.Experience with aircraft troubleshooting, component replacement, inspections, and defect rectification.Commitment to continuing professional development and aviation safety excellence.📩 How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated CV, highlighting their aircraft maintenance experience, technical qualifications, license or certification details, and relevant aircraft systems expertise.Please mention “Aircraft Maintenance Engineer” in your application message.We welcome dedicated aviation professionals who are committed to technical excellence, regulatory compliance, aircraft reliability, and the highest standards of flight safety.
