The group also provides Part-147 technician training and pilot training, offering a professional environment for technical and career development.Role Description The Aircraft Maintenance Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgrade, responsible for performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on business jet aircraft in accordance with regulatory and OEM requirements. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting aircraft systems and components, diagnosing technical issues, conducting repairs and replacements, and completing routine servicing to ensure airworthiness and safety. The technician collaborates with engineering teams on structural repairs, avionics installations, and powerplant work, while maintaining detailed documentation and supporting AOG operations as needed. The role involves adherence to safety protocols, use of approved tools and equipment, and continuous coordination with maintenance control and operations staff to minimize downtime.Qualifications Strong skills in Aircraft Maintenance and Aircraft Systems, with experience working on business jets or similar aircraft types.Practical knowledge of PowerPlant systems and Aircraft structures, including inspection, repair, and replacement procedures.Ability to perform Aircraft troubleshooting and fault diagnosis using manuals, technical data, and diagnostic tools.Relevant aviation maintenance certification or license (e.g., EASA Part-66 or equivalent), or progress toward such qualification.Experience with OEM maintenance documentation and compliance with aviation safety and regulatory standards.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and maintenance instructions.Good command of English for technical communication and documentation; additional languages are an advantage.Strong attention to detail, reliability in following procedures, and capability to work in a team-oriented hangar environment.
