The Aircraft Mechanic will perform routine and preventive maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on a variety of aircraft to ensure safety and regulatory compliance. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing mechanical and structural issues, replacing or repairing components, and documenting all work performed in accordance with company and industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with maintenance teams, following technical manuals and service bulletins, and supporting continuous improvement in maintenance processes. This position requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Strong proficiency in Aircraft Maintenance, including inspection, repair, and servicing of Aircraft.Hands-on experience with Aircraft Structures, including airframe repair and structural modifications.Knowledge of PowerPlant systems, including troubleshooting and maintenance of aircraft engines and related components.Understanding of Aircraft Systems, such as hydraulic, electrical, fuel, and environmental control systems.Relevant aviation maintenance certification or license (e.g., Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification) preferred.Experience working with technical manuals, maintenance documentation, and regulatory requirements (FAA or equivalent).Ability to use standard aircraft maintenance tools and diagnostic equipment safely and effectively.Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and safety.Ability to work on-site in Enterprise, AL, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional maintenance teams.
