Algorithm Engineer | C++ | Signal Processing | Sensor Fusion | Estimation | Python | MATLAB-Mobile Group is a leading Israeli tech company specializing in Cyber-Embedded, AI & Data Mining, IoT, and Automotive Tech.We are hiring Algorithm Developers for cutting-edge R&D teams working on advanced algorithms, AI, and multidisciplinary systems.Open locations: Hadera | North Israel | JerusalemWhat you'll doDesign, develop and implement advanced algorithms for complex real-world systems.Develop high-performance software using Modern C++.Solve challenging mathematical, statistical and engineering problems.Work on Signal Processing, Sensor Fusion, Estimation, Navigation and AI-based technologies.Take ownership from concept and algorithm design through implementation, validation and optimization.Collaborate with multidisciplinary R&D teams including Software, Systems and Algorithm Engineers.Maintain and extend large-scale existing software systems while developing new capabilities.RequirementsB.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Robotics, Aerospace Engineering or a related field.3+ years of industry experience developing algorithms.Strong hands-on experience with C++/Python /MATLAB.Proven industry experience in one or more of the following:Signal ProcessingSensor Fusion / Data FusionEstimationInertial Navigation Systems (INS)AdvantageComputer VisionMachine LearningStrong AdvantagesAnalytical thinkers with a passion for algorithms, software development, and solving complex engineering challenges.
