The company operates with a high-caliber core team in Israel.Located in the Shfela region , operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.Role Description-Joining as a core member of the Founding R&D Team, reporting directly to the leadership team, driving hands-on algorithmic innovation in Scientific ML and Optimization.Developing hybrid algorithmic models combining physical/mechanistic principles with Machine Learning architectures (PINNs, Neural ODEs).Solving complex problems in Numerical Optimization, Optimal Control, Uncertainty Quantification, and Stochastic Simulation.Building enterprise-grade Agentic Platforms, AI agent architectures (LangGraph, Claude Agents SDK), and production data pipelines in cloud environments (AWS/GCP, Docker, CI/CD).Translating complex scientific and biological domain requirements into production-ready algorithmic capabilities.Requirements-M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a related exact science discipline – Mandatory3 years of hands-on experience as an Algorithms Engineer / Applied Researcher / Data Scientist / Scientific ML Specialist – MandatoryProven experience in Numerical Optimization, Optimal Control, Mathematical Modeling, or Algorithmic Modeling – MandatoryStrong hands-on background in developing end-to-end Machine Learning algorithms – MandatoryHands-on experience with production-grade engineering, Cloud platforms (AWS/GCP), containerization (Docker), and modern Agentic AI frameworks – Advantage
