With active FDA clearance and European regulatory approvals (CE), the commercialized medical platform impacts lives globally.The company combines the long-term stability and extensive resources of a global corporation with the fast-paced, innovative agility of an advanced startup.Located in Tel Aviv, operating on a hybrid work model with 2 days WFH per week.Role Description-Serving as an Audio & DSP Algorithm Engineer, joining the core Audio Algorithms group responsible for end-to-end research, design, implementation, and physical validation of signal processing algorithms.Developing and optimizing signal processing pipelines, focusing on Acoustic Beamforming, Directional Hearing, Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), and Noise Reduction.Optimizing algorithm performance for ultra-low latency, computational efficiency, and execution on real-world hardware, Embedded systems, and DSP platforms.Modeling, prototyping, and simulating algorithmic architectures using MATLAB, Python, and C++.Conducting acoustic laboratory experiments, physical measurements, and tuning using specialized audio and sound test equipment.Collaborating cross-functionally within a multidisciplinary environment alongside Embedded Firmware, Hardware/Acoustics, and Clinical Validation teams to ship algorithms into commercialized physical products.Requirements-M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, Acoustics, or a related technical discipline – Mandatory3 years of hands-on industry experience in Algorithm Development – MandatoryDeep, proven expertise in Signal Processing / Digital Signal Processing (DSP) – MandatoryHands-on experience developing algorithms for real-world systems / hardware platforms / physical embedded environments – MandatoryStrong programming and modeling skills in MATLAB, Python, and/or C++ – MandatoryProven background in Audio / Acoustic Signal Processing, Microphone Arrays, Acoustic Echo Cancellation (AEC), Voice Enhancement, Sound / Noise Management – Significant AdvantageExperience with Acoustic Lab Equipment & Audio Measurement Tools – AdvantageBackground in Wearables, Hearables, Hearing Aids, or Medical Devices – Advantage
