You’ll be responsible for keeping the studio humming and our patients smiling.Your day-to-day will involve:Creating Connections: Welcoming patients with warmth and enjoying genuine conversations.The Smooth Operator: Managing the diary, booking/rescheduling appointments, and keeping the schedule tight.Tech & Admin: Handling HICAPS/EFTPOS transactions and keeping our practice management system up to date.Studio Pride: Ensuring the studio looks pristine and handling the sterilisation of instruments (don’t worry, we’ll train you!).Who You AreA People Person: You’re high-energy, empathetic, and professional.Detail-Oriented: You notice the little things and love an organised desk.Tech-Savvy: You’re comfortable navigating software and payment terminals.Reliable: You take pride in your work and show up for the team.Would suit a current university student.How to ApplyReady to step into a role where you’re truly valued?
