Aluminum & Glass Works Engineer / Project Manager

We are looking for an Aluminum & Glass Works Engineer who can independently manage projects end-to-end — starting from client site visits, through design, execution, and final delivery. This is a hands-on role suited for someone comfortable working across the workshop, project sites, and remotely, with the ability to coordinate resources and manpower based on project needs.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site visits to assess project requirements and take accurate measurementsRead and prepare AutoCAD drawings for aluminum and glass worksManage workshop operations and production timelinesOversee site execution and installation, ensuring quality and safety standardsAssist management in preparing accurate quotations and cost estimatesCoordinate and manage manpower, materials, and subcontractors as per project requirementsLiaise with clients and consultants throughout the project lifecycleEnsure timely delivery and handover of completed projectsMaintain strong relationships with suppliers and industry contacts for resource arrangementRequirementsProven experience in aluminum and glass works (shower enclosures to full villa)Proficiency in AutoCAD (reading and preparing drawings)Experience in project management from site visit to deliveryStrong network/contacts within the aluminum & glass industry for resource arrangementValid UAE driving license (mandatory)Ability to work independently across workshop, site, and remote settingsPositive, proactive, and solutions-oriented attitudeGood communication skills for client and vendor coordinationWhat We OfferOpportunity to grow with the company as we expandHands-on role with real ownership of projectsFlexible working environment (site, workshop, and remote as needed)Collaborative, small-team culture
