Job description:We are seeking an experienced Aluminum Factory Manager with strong expertise in aluminum fabrication and installation.Role Description The Aluminum Factory Manager role at الأمباط القابضة | Ambatt is a full-time, on-site position based in Riyadh. The manager oversees daily manufacturing operations in the aluminum factory, ensuring production targets are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production, coordinating resources, monitoring machine performance, and optimizing workflows to reduce downtime and waste. The role involves implementing and enforcing quality standards, supervising and developing production teams, and ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. The manager also collaborates with maintenance, supply chain, and senior leadership to manage budgets, improve processes, and support continuous operational improvement.QualificationsCandidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to organize schedules, allocate resources, and meet output targets.Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to maintain product standards, implement inspections, and drive corrective actions.Candidates should possess comprehensive Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills to oversee end-to-end factory performance and process efficiency.Relevant experience in aluminum or metals manufacturing, including familiarity with casting, extrusion, or finishing processes, is highly beneficial.Proven leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret production data and implement process enhancements.Good communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is an advantage.Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, or a related field,
