Recognized by NASSCOM, Forbes, ET, NitiAayog, and Bill Gates Foundation, our 14-year journey reflects impactful innovation in the agricultural sector.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sea freight plans to optimize shipment efficiency and reduce transportation costs.Manage end-to-end sea freight operations, including booking, documentation, customs clearance, and final delivery.Maintain accurate shipment records and ensure proper documentation for audit readiness and regulatory compliance.Prepare and share reports on shipment milestones, delays, operational performance, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines along with claim handling, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.Monitor shipment progress to ensure timely deliveries, operational excellence, and high levels of customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with all applicable import/export regulations, trade policies, and industry standards.Required Qualifications & SkillsProven experience in sea freight logistics, import/export operations, or international shipping.Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure competitive freight rates and service agreements.In-depth knowledge of customs procedures, international trade regulations, and shipping documentation.Experience managing end-to-end freight operations, including bookings, documentation, and team coordination where applicable.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to improving operational performance.Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple shipments and stakeholders simultaneously.Proficiency in logistics management systems, Microsoft Excel, and reporting tools.Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to ensuring timely deliveries and exceptional service.
