Amazon / Marketplace Growth ManagerWe’re looking for an entrepreneurial Amazon / Marketplace Growth Manager to own and scale a multi-million-dollar Amazon business.Our Amazon channel already generates 7-Figures in annual revenue with strong YoY growth. We’ve built a strong foundation, now we’re looking for someone who can help define and execute the next phase of growth.You’ll have meaningful ownership over one of the company’s largest revenue channels and the freedom to identify, test, and execute new ways to grow it.What You’ll OwnDrive revenue, profitability, and overall growth across AmazonOwn and optimize Amazon advertising, including PPC and broader paid strategiesIdentify opportunities across pricing, promotions, merchandising, conversion, and product positioningUse marketplace and advertising data to diagnose problems and uncover growth opportunitiesBuild strategies to defend and expand branded and non-branded search presenceExperiment with new ways to acquire customers and drive traffic to AmazonExplore opportunities across DSP, Amazon Live, affiliates, influencers, creators, and off-Amazon acquisitionDevelop and execute growth experiments rather than relying solely on the traditional Amazon playbookWork directly with leadership to establish growth targets and turn ideas into actionWhat We’re Looking ForWe’re looking for someone who combines strong Amazon fundamentals with an entrepreneurial growth mindset.You may come from a consumer brand, e-commerce company, marketplace business, or Amazon-focused agency.
