We carefully evaluate every application based on these qualifications, so we appreciate your honesty and respect for everyone's time.What You'll Be Responsible ForBuild and maintain demand forecasts at SKU level across multiple brands using sales velocity, seasonality, and promotional lift. Produce weekly restock plans covering unit quantities, ship dates, and shipping method. Monitor days of supply across the portfolio and raise low stock alerts early enough for the client to act. Manage expiry dated inventory, enforce first in first out, and recommend markdown or removal before units expire. Manage minimum order quantities, supplier lead times, and case pack rounding so purchase orders are placeable. Monitor FBA capacity limits, storage fees, aged inventory surcharges, and low inventory level fees. Clear stranded and unfulfillable inventory on a set cadence. Track inbound shipments through receiving and hand receiving discrepancies to the reimbursement team with evidence attached. Plan Prime Day, Black Friday, and Q4 by working backwards from the event date through freight and receiving timelines. Deliver a monthly inventory plan for each brand and communicate directly with clients, suppliers, and 3PL partners.AI Is Part of Our WorkflowWe are looking for someone who already uses AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms as part of their daily work. You should be comfortable using AI to build and stress test forecast models, analyze large sales and inventory exports, spot trends, and speed up restock planning and reporting. If AI is not already part of your workflow, this position is likely not the right fit.RequirementsAt least 3 years of hands-on inventory planning for an Amazon or e-commerce business, with direct FBA experience. Advanced Excel or Google Sheets. You must be able to build a forecast model from raw sales data, not fill in a template. Practical knowledge of FBA inbound, shipment creation and splitting, freight versus small parcel, and real receiving times. Understanding of the full lead time chain from purchase order to production to freight to 3PL to Amazon receiving. Strong analytical skills with large data sets, pivot tables, and filtering. Excellent written and verbal English. You will be on calls with clients and suppliers. Daily use of AI tools to improve efficiency and decision-making. Ability to work on-site in Karachi.Nice to HaveExperience with supplements, food, or other expiry dated categories. Experience working with 3PL or prep center workflows. Experience managing inventory across multiple marketplaces, especially Amazon Canada. Experience with Sellerise, Helium 10, or an inventory planning tool.
