This role is ideal for someone with 1–2 years of experience who is detail-oriented, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced eCommerce environment.You will play a critical role in maintaining listings, supporting customers, monitoring account health, and ensuring our Amazon presence is accurate and competitive.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain Amazon product listings in compliance with Amazon policies and best practicesProcess and manage merchant orders, ensuring accuracy and timelinessRespond to customer inquiries via Amazon and support email channelsMonitor and address customer feedback, including removing non-compliant negative reviewsTrack and prevent unauthorized sellers or competitors from attaching to listingsManage SKU performance, monitor inventory levels, and update listings as needed based on sales trends and alertsReview Amazon account health dashboard, notifications, and policy updates regularlyEnsure inventory accuracy across Merchant Fulfilled and FBA stockMaintain overall listing quality, content accuracy, and operational efficiencyQualifications1–2 years of experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor CentralHands-on experience creating listings, managing orders, and responding to customersStrong attention to detail and ability to follow platform rules and processesAbility to prioritize tasks and meet daily deadlines (especially customer response SLAs)Comfortable working onsite full-time with an early schedule (7:00 AM start)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience working with computer hardware or related product categoriesFamiliarity with Amazon policies around listings, feedback removal, and account healthExperience managing both Merchant Fulfilled and FBA inventoryIf you are interested in this Amazon Marketplace Specialist in Inglewood, CA then please click APPLY NOW.
