🚀 We’re Hiring: Amazon PPC Manager | LaunchLab SolLaunchLab Sol is looking for a results-driven Amazon PPC Manager to manage and scale advertising campaigns for multiple ecommerce brands across international marketplaces.We work with Amazon and Shopify brands, helping them grow through strategic advertising, listing optimization, and performance-driven ecommerce management.If you understand how to turn ad spend into profitable growth, we’d love to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesPlan, launch, manage, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns across multiple product categories.Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display campaigns.Monitor and improve ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, CTR, CPC, conversion rates, and overall advertising profitability.Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis using tools such as Helium 10 and Data Dive.Develop keyword harvesting, negative targeting, bid adjustment, and campaign optimization strategies.Analyze search term reports and identify opportunities to reduce wasted ad spend.Scale profitable campaigns while maintaining target profitability and sales growth.Collaborate with the team on listing optimization, product launches, and advertising strategies.Prepare regular performance reports and communicate campaign insights.Stay updated with Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices.Requirements2+ years of hands-on Amazon PPC management experience.Proven experience managing and optimizing Amazon advertising campaigns.Strong understanding of ACoS, TACoS, ROAS, break-even ACoS, and contribution margins.Experience with Amazon Seller Central and advertising reports.Proficiency in Helium 10, Data Dive, or similar Amazon research tools.Strong analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.Experience managing multiple brands or accounts is a plus.Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experience.Performance-based growth opportunities.Opportunity to work with international ecommerce brands.A collaborative team environment.Long-term career growth within a growing ecommerce agency.📍 Location: Multan, Pakistan🏢 Work Type: Onsite💼 Employment Type: Full-time
