MGT is growing with a long-term vision aligned with Saudi Arabia’s industrial and infrastructure development and the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030.Role Description The AMC Low Current Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance of low current and security systems under annual maintenance contracts. Day-to-day tasks include inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing systems such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, structured cabling, and related low voltage infrastructure. The technician will perform regular site visits, respond to service calls, document maintenance activities, and ensure systems comply with applicable standards and client requirements. The role involves coordinating with supervisors and project teams, supporting installation and commissioning when required, and maintaining accurate records of materials, tools, and spare parts. The technician is expected to follow safety procedures, uphold quality standards, and provide professional on-site support to clients.Qualifications Strong technical skills in low current systems, including CCTV, access control, fire alarm, and structured cabling, with hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting.Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manufacturer manuals, and use appropriate testing tools and diagnostic equipment.Knowledge of relevant electrical and low voltage standards, safety regulations, and best practices for preventive and corrective maintenance.Effective problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify faults quickly and implement practical technical solutions on-site.Good communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, supervisors, and team members, and to prepare clear maintenance reports.Ability to work independently on client sites, manage time and tasks efficiently, and adapt to changing priorities and schedules.Relevant technical diploma or certification in electrical, electronics, or low current systems; previous experience in AMC or facility maintenance is preferred.Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting; valid driving license and willingness to travel locally between client sites as needed.
