This role involves assisting customers with Amer and DED services, including processing applications, guiding customers through documentation requirements, and responding to inquiries in person and over the phone. The executive will manage service counters, verify information, maintain accurate records, and ensure that all processes adhere to relevant guidelines and regulations. Daily responsibilities include handling customer queues, providing clear and polite communication, resolving issues or escalating them when necessary, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery. The role requires consistent professionalism, a strong focus on customer satisfaction, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and courteously with diverse clients.Competence in handling documentation, data entry, and record-keeping with attention to detail and accuracy.Ability to manage queues, multitask, and prioritize work in a busy, time-sensitive environment.Proficiency in spoken and written English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is an advantage.Basic computer skills, including the use of office software and familiarity with online portals or government systems.Previous experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in government services, business centers, or similar environments.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to follow procedures, regulations, and service standards.High school diploma or equivalent; a higher qualification in business, administration, or a related field is beneficial.Willingness to work on-site in Dubai and maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
