America Trade Lane Manager | Ataşehir / Istanbul

Beeontrade is looking for an experienced America Trade Lane Manager to manage and further develop our Türkiye – USA trade lane.The position will be responsible for managing commercial relationships with ocean carriers, pricing existing customer accounts, increasing shipment volumes on the America trade lane, and identifying additional business opportunities from our existing customers' shipments to other global trade lanes.Key Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with ocean carriers for the America trade lane
• Monitor carrier services, freight rates, capacity and market developments
• Negotiate freight rates, free time and other commercial conditions with carriers
• Manage pricing activities for existing customer accounts and provide competitive and sustainable solutions
• Analyze existing customers' USA shipment volumes and identify opportunities to increase volume
• Follow existing customers' import and export shipments outside the USA trade lane and convert potential opportunities into new business
• Increase Beeontrade's share of business within existing customer accounts
• Develop alternative carrier, routing and service solutions based on customer requirements
• Manage and support RFQs, tenders and strategic pricing requests
• Monitor quotation-to-booking conversion, shipment volume and profitability
• Develop volume and profitability in both Türkiye – USA and USA – Türkiye directions
• Work closely with Account Management, Sales, Operations and America Desk teamsQualifications
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Freight Forwarding, NVOCC or Ocean Freight
• Strong knowledge and experience in the America trade lane
• Strong communication and relationship management skills with ocean carriers
• Experience in ocean freight pricing and carrier negotiations
• Commercial mindset with the ability to develop and grow existing customer accounts
• Ability to identify business opportunities across different trade lanes
• Ability to monitor and analyze pricing, shipment volume and profitability
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong communication, negotiation and coordination skills
