WizMantra is looking for an experienced and engaging American English / Ascent Trainer to help learners improve their English communication skills, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, and overall confidence in American English.The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of American English and the ability to deliver interactive, practical, and learner-focused sessions.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct live online American English training sessions.Help learners improve speaking, listening, pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.Teach American English pronunciation and commonly used expressions.Identify individual learner challenges and provide personalized feedback.Create engaging activities, exercises, and practice sessions.Help learners develop confidence in professional and everyday conversations.Track learner progress and provide regular feedback.Adapt teaching methods based on learner levels and goals.Maintain a positive, supportive, and interactive learning environment.RequirementsExcellent command of American English.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience in English language training or teaching.Good understanding of American pronunciation, vocabulary, expressions, and usage.Ability to explain English concepts in a simple and practical manner.Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.Comfortable conducting online classes using video conferencing platforms.
