This role is integral to maintaining our high standards of operational efficiency.The Administrative Services Officer is part of a team, supporting our management and business teams by dealing with their requirements and ensuring that our clients and business priorities are achieved.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day administrative support to various departments as required;Closely work with audit managers to ensure high-quality standards;Assist managers on planning and reports deliverables;Responsible for the layout, proofreading, and editing of audit reports, engagement letters, and various related correspondence, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to company standards;Ensure that all administrative activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner.Your profile:Diploma related to areas of Business administration or a foreign language (French or English),years of operational administrative experience;Fluent in French and English with excellent written and spoken skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and PDF softwareKnowledge of ERP software is a must (Workday)Flexibility in work hours may be required based on operational needsAble to deliver work of a consistent level of accuracy with attention to detailExcellent communication and organizational skillsWe offer:The ability to acquire and develop an experience that will ensure a career in an expanding environmentThe opportunity to join a human sized international group and friendly environment that can give relief to your skills and satisfy your intellectual curiosity.
