قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجAbout the CompanyPanPay is an international payments company providing multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments and related payment services to businesses engaged in international trade and e-commerce.About the RoleAs we continue to grow our UK business, we are looking for an AML & Financial Crime Specialist to join our London team and support the day-to-day operation of our UK financial crime compliance framework.ResponsibilitiesConduct KYC, ongoing due diligence (ODD) and enhanced due diligence (EDD) reviews.Perform ongoing and retrospective transaction monitoring and investigate unusual customer or payment activity.Investigate AML, sanctions and other financial crime alerts and maintain clear, well-documented case records.Review customer activity against expected business profiles and identify emerging or changing financial crime risks.Support sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening and investigate potential matches.Escalate potentially suspicious activity and material financial crime concerns to the UK MLRO.Support periodic customer reviews and customer risk assessments.Review cross-border transactions and supporting commercial documentation where required.Work closely with Operations and Customer Support teams on AML and financial crime matters.Support the UK MLRO with management information, compliance monitoring, audits and regulatory reviews.Qualifications3+ years’ practical experience in AML/CTF, financial crime, KYC/EDD, sanctions or transaction monitoring.Required SkillsGood understanding of the UK AML/CTF and sanctions regulatory environment.Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to reach clear, evidence-based conclusions.Excellent written and verbal English.Ability to work independently in a hands-on and fast-growing environment.Preferred SkillsExperience in payments, EMI/FinTech, correspondent banking, cross-border payments or B2B international trade would be particularly valuable.Experience involving payment flows between the UK/Europe and Asia, particularly China/Hong Kong, would be an advantage.ICA, ACAMS or equivalent professional qualifications are desirable but not essential.Pay range and compensation packageCompetitive salary and benefits based on experience.Equal Opportunity StatementPanPay is committed to diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
