You will join a growing AML function and engage closely with the MLRO and wider international team, giving you the support and exposure to build on your experience and develop your knowledge of both AML best practice and the Maltese regulatory environment.You will be involved in onboarding customers, ongoing monitoring and due diligence processes, with significant scope to help develop and implement processes as the Malta operation expands, allowing you to contribute to the function's continuous improvement.The organisation places strong emphasis on learning, collaboration and career development, empowering you to take ownership of your responsibilities and progress within the AML function, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to establish and develop a long-term career in AML and compliance.You will:Support and implement client onboarding procedures for the Malta operationConduct AML activities in line with established procedures and regulatory requirementsDevelop your understanding of AML processes, customer due diligence and onboarding requirementsSkills / Experience:1 + years' experience in AML, compliance, KYC or a related areaGood understanding of AML and client onboardingSalary / Remuneration: €30,000 - €35,000 (Depending on Experience) + Flexible working hours, career development opportunities, international exposure.
