AML / FCC Senior Business Analyst – Technology ConsultingIndia | 8–12 Years Experience | BFSI Risk and Compliance Practice – Financial Crime ComplianceRole SummaryWe are looking for experienced Business Analysts and Technology Consultants to support Financial Crime Compliance (FCC) programs across BFSI clients. The role focuses on business analysis, requirements management, data analysis, product implementation, and solution consulting for AML, KYC, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Anti-Fraud, and Case Management platforms. Candidates should have experience working on FCC technology programs, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders, and translating business needs into technology solutions. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of FinCrime processes, dataflows and architectures, and industry-leading FCC/ Anti-FinCrime platforms and products. Aside this, it is also desirable for the candidate to have good FinCrime presales solutioning experience, driving RFPs, RFIs, and collaborating with diverse bid stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis & Solutions Consulting· Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, data, and non-functional requirements; and support solution design.· Conduct / drive stakeholder workshops to define scope, processes, and solution requirements.· Create BRDs, FSDs, user stories, process flows, use cases, and acceptance criteria.· Perform gap analysis between current and target-state processes, systems, and data models.FCC IT Delivery· Work on AML, KYC, CDD, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, CLM, Fraud, and Case Management technology implementations.· Analyze FCC data models, source-to-target mappings, interfaces, and reporting requirements.· Support data discovery, source system analysis, and data quality assessments.· Configuration, customization of rules based on Regulatory needs or client mandates.· Participate in product fit-gap assessments and platform evaluation / assessment.· Review functional architectures, designs, and support implementation and rollout for IT Programs.Stakeholder Engagement, Consulting, and Presales· Contribute to and lead RFP/ RFI responses, proactive proposals, solution presentations, proposal defence, demos, and client workshops, and support consulting assignments.· Contribute to and develop business analysis frameworks, templates, methodologies, reusable assets, and best practices.Required Qualifications· 8–12 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Technology Consultant within Banking and Financial Services.· Experience delivering IT projects involving AML, KYC, CDD, CLM, Screening, Transaction Monitoring, Fraud, or Case Management solutions, and working with technology delivery teams, architects, and product vendors.· Strong background in requirements management, functional analysis, process modelling, and stakeholder management.· Experience working with FCC products such as NICE Actimize, SAS, Symphony AI NetReveal, Fenergo, Fircosoft, OFSAA, Pega, or similar platforms.· Knowledge of FCC data structures, data mapping, integrations, workflows, and reporting processes.Preferred Experience· FCC platform implementation, upgrade, migration, or modernization programs.· Data migration, data hub, data analysis, reporting, or analytics initiatives within FinCrime.· Experience supporting global banking clients.· Pre-sales, solutioning, and/or consulting experience in FCC technology programs globally.Soft skills· Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.· Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.· Ability to work effectively in global, cross-functional, and multicultural teams.· Strong consulting mindset with a focus on delivering business value.· Ability to work independently as well as can work well in a team set up.Location & TravelBased in India with flexibility for domestic and selective international travel as required by project engagements.
