AML Review Clerk / Salon Host / Spare Parts Coordinator to support anti-money-laundering review administration, customer documentation, salon reception, appointment coordination, automotive parts records, supplier communication, and inventory activities.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, professional, approachable, and comfortable handling sensitive compliance information alongside customer service, automotive parts, suppliers, and operational records.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with routine AML review and compliance-administration activities according to approved procedures.Review customer, merchant, or account documentation for completeness, consistency, validity, and required supporting information.Assist with customer due-diligence and enhanced-due-diligence documentation under the direction of authorized compliance personnel.Check names, identification details, addresses, dates, account information, ownership information, and other required records against approved sources.Enter and update AML review information accurately within authorized compliance, CRM, case-management, or ERP systems.Maintain AML review trackers, case registers, document checklists, screening records, and outstanding-information logs.Assist with sanctions, PEP, adverse-media, and transaction-review administration using approved systems and procedures.Record review outcomes, supporting evidence, escalation notes, and case status accurately.Identify missing, inconsistent, expired, or potentially concerning information and escalate it to authorized compliance personnel.Assist with periodic customer reviews, account reviews, remediation activities, and documentation refreshes.Maintain organized electronic and physical files for AML cases, customer documentation, screening results, and review evidence.Never make independent decisions on suspicious-activity determinations or regulatory matters outside assigned authority.Protect highly confidential customer, financial, transactional, identification, and compliance information.Assist with preparing routine AML review reports, exception summaries, case-status reports, and management trackers.Welcome salon customers, VIP clients, members, visitors, and service providers professionally.Manage appointments, reservations, customer check-in/check-out, schedules, phone calls, messages, and routine inquiries.Provide approved information regarding salon services, treatments, packages, operating procedures, appointments, and promotions.Coordinate with stylists, beauticians, therapists, managers, reception teams, suppliers, housekeeping, and facilities personnel.Confirm appointments, handle routine rescheduling requests, maintain waiting lists, and communicate approved schedule changes.Maintain accurate customer profiles, appointment calendars, service records, visitor logs, and reception documentation.Assist with payment collection, receipts, approved refunds, membership administration, and basic billing support where authorized.Provide a polished, friendly, discreet, and personalized customer experience.Handle customer concerns professionally and escalate complaints, privacy matters, emergencies, or sensitive requests appropriately.Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming, and professional salon reception area.Assist with sourcing, receiving, recording, storing, and distributing automotive spare parts and related components.Maintain accurate spare-parts records including part numbers, descriptions, brands, vehicle compatibility, quantities, locations, suppliers, and stock status.Verify incoming parts against purchase orders, delivery notes, invoices, packing lists, and approved specifications.Check part numbers, quantities, packaging, serial or batch numbers, and visible condition upon receipt.Coordinate with workshops, mechanics, procurement teams, suppliers, distributors, logistics providers, and customers.Track spare-parts requests, orders, deliveries, backorders, returns, warranties, and outstanding items.Assist with identifying compatible replacement parts using approved catalogues, manufacturer references, or internal systems.Maintain inventory registers, stock cards, warehouse logs, parts-location records, and movement trackers.Conduct routine stock counts, cycle counts, spot checks, and inventory reconciliations.Identify damaged, missing, incorrect, obsolete, or slow-moving parts and report discrepancies promptly.Prepare approved parts for workshop use, customer orders, service appointments, dispatch, or delivery.Assist with picking, packing, labeling, barcode scanning, shelving, stock rotation, and storage organization.Monitor stock levels and prepare replenishment requests based on approved minimum and maximum levels.Coordinate returns, warranty claims, supplier replacements, rejected deliveries, and reverse-logistics documentation.Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and accessible spare-parts storage area.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering AML reviews, salon appointments, spare-parts activity, inventory levels, and outstanding tasks.Maintain organized electronic and physical files covering compliance, customer, appointment, supplier, parts, inventory, and operational documentation.Support internal audits, compliance reviews, customer-service assessments, inventory counts, and operational quality checks.Protect confidential compliance, customer, financial, employee, supplier, and commercial information.Follow AML/KYC procedures, salon-service standards, inventory controls, workplace safety requirements, data-protection policies, and applicable UAE regulations.Escalate potential compliance concerns, security incidents, serious customer complaints, safety issues, or significant inventory discrepancies promptly.Identify opportunities to improve AML documentation, customer experience, parts availability, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Compliance, Risk Management, Business Administration, Automotive Management, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in AML/KYC administration, compliance operations, salon or hospitality reception, automotive parts, inventory, logistics, or operations is preferred.Experience across two or more of AML review, customer service, salon administration, spare-parts coordination, inventory control, or logistics is advantageous.Strong understanding of AML/KYC documentation, customer-service standards, inventory procedures, spare-parts records, and document control.Familiarity with sanctions screening, PEP checks, adverse-media reviews, customer due diligence, and AML case-management systems is advantageous.Familiarity with automotive parts catalogues, workshop systems, ERP platforms, WMS, or inventory-management software is advantageous.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Additional languages such as Arabic, Hindi, Urdu, Mandarin, French, or Russian are advantageous.Professional, polished, discreet, approachable, organized, and service-oriented manner.Exceptional attention to detail when handling compliance records, customer information, appointment schedules, part numbers, and inventory quantities.Strong numerical, analytical, organizational, multitasking, prioritization, and follow-up skills.Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with a high level of discretion.Strong communication, coordination, observation, and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Google Workspace, CRM, compliance, ERP, inventory, and document-management systems.Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, lookups, filters, and reconciliation techniques, are advantageous.Experience with SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Odoo, NetSuite, Guidewire, or comparable platforms is advantageous.Familiarity with AML screening platforms, case-management tools, salon-management software, POS systems, WMS, barcode systems, or automotive parts databases is advantageous.UAE or GCC experience in banking, fintech, insurance, luxury beauty, automotive, logistics, retail, or corporate services is advantageous.AML, KYC, compliance, automotive, logistics, inventory, customer-service, or administrative certifications are advantageous but not required.
