JOB TITLE: CEOThe CEO will have overall responsibility for the management of the Company, leading its organizational evolution and business development while ensuring the achievement of financial, operational and strategic objectives.The successful candidate will directly coordinate the management team across the key business functions, ensuring effective integration between Commercial, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain and Finance, while fostering a performance-driven culture based on accountability and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIESDefine and implement the Company's strategic and industrial development plan.Take full responsibility for the Company's P&L, profitability and cash generation.Lead the organization through its next phase of growth and consolidation, strengthening processes, capabilities and the management structure.Coordinate the Engineering, Production, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial and After Sales functions.Drive the development of new geographical markets and commercial opportunities, with particular focus on Northern Europe, Southeast Asia and the Middle East.Support the strengthening and expansion of the Company's international sales network and commercial partnerships.Ensure that Supply Chain and Operations are appropriately structured and scalable to support the Company's growth ambitions.Improve operational efficiency and the Company's ability to execute complex projects effectively, on time and within budget.Further develop the After Sales business, increasing recurring revenues from service, spare parts, commissioning and technical support.Maintain close and effective communication with the Board of Directors and shareholders, ensuring transparency and high-quality management reporting.PROFILESolid experience in CEO, Managing Director, General Manager or comparable senior leadership positions within industrial organizations.Experience in industrial machinery, engineered equipment or other technically complex products.Strong track record in organizations characterized by project-based or make-to-order manufacturing.Strong industrial and operational background, with proven experience in managing and coordinating Production, Supply Chain and Engineering functions.Commercial mindset and proven ability to support business development and international growth.Experience in business transformation, organizational development and/or restructuring environments.Strong leadership capabilities, strategic thinking and a results-oriented approach.STUDIES: University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration or a related disciplineLANGUAGES: Fluency in English.COMPENSATION: Dirigente, 140.000 € + MBO + Company CarLOCATION: Parma
