• ️ Project development and project finance
• ️ Power, renewables, water and wider utilities
• ️ Infrastructure, transport and industrial projects
• ️ PPP and concession-based projects
• ️ EPC, O&M and wider project documentation
• ️ Conventional and Islamic financing structures
• ️ Acting for sponsors, developers, lenders and government-related entities
• ️ Major cross-border projects across the GCCThe firm is looking for a common law qualified junior Associate with relevant Projects, Energy, Infrastructure and/or Project Finance experience gained at a Legal 500 law firm in the UAE or looking to relocate from the UK etc.Middle East experience would be advantageous, although strong international candidates looking to relocate to the UAE will also be considered.The role offers excellent exposure to major regional projects, direct senior-level interaction and the opportunity to develop across both the development and financing sides of transactions.
