Our partner is looking for an Analista de Sistemas Delphi - Sênior based in Brazil.This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems in a collaborative technology environment.You will work primarily on backend development while also contributing to frontend solutions, integrations, and database architecture.The position combines software engineering with system analysis, troubleshooting, modernization, and usability improvements.You will work with Delphi, C#/.NET, JavaScript, APIs, ORMs, and relational databases across established and evolving applications.Your expertise will help improve system stability, reduce recurring issues, and deliver reliable solutions aligned with business requirements.The environment values collaboration, agile practices, technical development, and continuous learning.This is a strong opportunity for a senior professional looking to apply deep development experience while contributing to the evolution of complex systems.AccountabilitiesDevelop, maintain, and enhance backend and frontend systems, with a primary focus on backend development. Implement improvements and corrections based on technical analysis, specifications, and business requirements. Participate in the analysis and specification of new features and implementations, contributing technical perspectives to solution design. Provide application support and contribute to initiatives aimed at mitigating errors, improving system stability, and increasing usability. Design data models and create and maintain database scripts using Oracle and other relational database technologies. Develop and maintain REST and SOAP APIs and their integrations with internal and external systems. Apply appropriate development methods, techniques, and engineering practices for Delphi-based applications. Work with dependency injection, ORM frameworks, and established software architecture patterns. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams following Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban. Investigate technical issues, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions to recurring problems. Contribute to version control, code quality, documentation, and continuous improvement of development practices. Support the evolution of existing applications while maintaining reliability, maintainability, and alignment with business needs. RequirementsSolid professional experience developing applications with Delphi. Experience developing applications using C# and .NET Framework versions 4, 4.5, 4.6 and/or .NET Core. Strong experience with backend development for web applications. Experience working with dependency injection mechanisms and related frameworks. Experience with JavaScript and Node.js. Experience with at least one dependency injection technology such as Castle Windsor, Autofac, Ninject, or Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection. Experience with ORM tools and at least one technology such as NHibernate, Microsoft Entity Framework, or an equivalent solution. Experience with at least one frontend technology such as RequireJS, React, or KnockoutJS. Experience with at least one relational database technology such as Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL. Knowledge of version-control tools, preferably Git. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban. Ability to analyze technical requirements, troubleshoot complex problems, and propose effective solutions. Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within a technical team. Nice to have: Bachelor's degree or technologist degree in Information Systems, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. Nice to have: Technology-related specializations, courses, or certifications. Nice to have: Additional expertise in C#. Nice to have: Knowledge of the healthcare sector, including health plans, ANS regulations, and the TISS standard. Nice to have: Additional experience with Autofac, Castle Windsor, and NHibernate.
