This is a genuine dual remit across analysis and marketing: you'll price and model the assets, then help take them to market. A key support role on major commercial transactions, contributing directly to exceptional client outcomes.What you'll doAnalysisFinancial modelling and asset pricing (DCF, capital valuation models)Maintain the CRM, sales evidence database, and team track recordLiaise with valuers, solicitors, and conjunctional agentsMarketing and campaignPrepare IMs, submissions, executive summaries, and campaign collateralDrive campaign delivery from listing to settlement, including timelines, budgets, and agency liaisonProduce press releases, LinkedIn content, and client-facing presentationsManage listing copy, photography, floorplans, and digital channelsSupport pitch and tender material for new businessWhat we're looking forCommercial property experience is essentialTertiary qualification in Property, Finance, Marketing, or a related disciplineExperience in commercial property, ideally in an advisory, transactions, or campaign marketing roleStrong written skills across submissions, marketing copy, and client correspondenceValuations experience and financial modelling capabilityIntermediate to advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Design or digital marketing exposure (InDesign, Canva, email platforms) well regardedHigh attention to detail and strong communication skillsHow to ApplyTo express your interest in this role please APPLY NOW or contact Matthew Clark for further information at matthew@capstonerecruitment.com.au or 0466 668 857.
