Analyst/Associate - Investment Advisory

Key Responsibilities:Select and promote appropriate structured product ideas from sell-side issuers that are suitable in the current market conditions.Assist clients with pre-trade requests, trade execution, and post-trade activities as needed.Deliver client presentations to educate about structured products and promote trading opportunities when required.Proactively engage with clients to understand their structured product needs, recommend relevant solutions, and drive trading activity.Support business development and management in building client relationships as needed.Demonstrate excellent writing skills and creative thinking to support various product marketing initiatives.Exert efforts to increase structured products trading volume.Strictly comply with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements.Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by the team leader and/or senior management.Requirements:Bachelor's degree with 1-4 years of financial industry experience, preferably as an investment counselor or equity specialist with a structured products background at a private bank or wealth management institution, or a structured product sales or structurer in a well-known investment bank.Strong knowledge of macroeconomics, equity markets, and equity-linked structured products.Client-focused, self-motivated professional with business acumen, results-driven mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and quick thinking ability.Commitment to thriving in a dynamic, entrepreneurial, and performance-oriented environment.Excellent communication skills in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.Good team player with demonstrated ability to work efficiently and independently.
