Analyst / Associate - Real Estate (Singapore)

About the RoleWe are seeking a Real Estate Analyst / Associate to support the Investments, Asset Management, and Finance teams across a growing real estate portfolio. This role offers exposure to real estate investments, asset management, portfolio reporting, financial analysis, and investment operations.Based in Singapore, the successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders across Finance, Asset Management, and Investor Relations, supporting asset performance monitoring, reporting, analysis, and day-to-day coordination across existing and prospective real estate investments.Ideal Candidate3 to 6 years of relevant experience.Background in Real Estate Investments, Real Estate Asset Management, Fund Management, Banking, Investment Management, Advisory/Consulting, Infrastructure, or Financial Services.Good understanding of real estate finance, investment analysis, financial modelling, valuation, and asset management.Experience supporting investment, asset management, portfolio management, or transaction teams.Familiarity with asset-level financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Preferred QualificationsPostgraduate qualification in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related discipline.Professional certifications such as CA, CFA, ACCA, SCAQ, MRICS, or equivalent are advantageous.EligibilityMust be based in Singapore.Singapore Citizens, Permanent Residents, and candidates holding valid work authorization in Singapore are encouraged to apply.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport real estate investment and asset management activities through financial analysis, reporting, and operational coordination.Assist with asset-level and portfolio-level performance monitoring, reporting, and variance analysis.Support budgeting, forecasting, business planning, and financial review processes for real estate assets.Analyze operating performance, cash flows, leasing metrics, occupancy trends, and key asset performance indicators.Coordinate information flow between internal teams, operating partners, advisors, and external stakeholders.Assist with preparation of investment committee materials, management presentations, and senior leadership reports.Liaise with investor-facing teams to support investor reporting and communication requirements.Maintain investment records, financial databases, valuation trackers, and portfolio dashboards.
