The Analyst will work closely with senior investors to identify, research, and evaluate investment opportunities across public and private markets.The role offers significant exposure to the full investment process within a lean, highly analytical investment team.ResponsibilitiesConduct deep fundamental research on companies, industries, and investment themesBuild and maintain detailed financial models and valuation analysesAnalyze company financials, competitive positioning, industry dynamics, catalysts, and risksConduct primary research with management teams, industry participants, customers, competitors, and other relevant sourcesDevelop and present investment theses to senior members of the investment teamMonitor existing portfolio companies and evaluate developments affecting investment thesesConduct due diligence on prospective public and private investmentsIdentify compelling investment opportunities across sectors and global marketsQualifications4–7 years of Analyst experienceInvestment banking followed by private equity experience strongly preferred, ideally a traditional 2+2 investment banking and private equity backgroundStrong financial modeling, valuation, and fundamental research skillsExcellent understanding of financial statements, business models, and capital structuresDemonstrated knowledge of public markets and fundamental investingStrong analytical skills with the ability to develop differentiated investment insightsIntellectual curiosity and a research-oriented mindsetAbility to operate effectively in a lean, collaborative investment environment
