Analyst - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) - MAS 4002

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Specialist - Commercial and Reporting (Governance) to join our team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing governance-related reporting and supporting the commercial functions of the organization.Your expertise will ensure that our projects are aligned with regulatory requirements and internal policies while driving sustainable financial practices and operational efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesReview, draft, and assess contracts, agreements, and legal documents to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulationsProvide legal advice and guidance to executive management and business functions on regulatory, governance, and legal mattersPrepare legal, governance, and compliance reports for senior management and the Board of DirectorsDevelop, implement, and monitor governance frameworks, policies, and proceduresEnsure compliance with corporate governance requirements and promote governance best practices across the organizationCoordinate Board of Directors and committee meetings, including agenda preparation, meeting documentation, and maintenance of official records and minutesManage shareholder communications, respond to inquiries, and ensure transparent disclosure of relevant informationReview proposed regulations, amendments, and governance requirements, providing legal analysis and recommendations to stakeholdersLiaise with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders on governance, compliance, and legal mattersRequirementsBachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, law Experience in commercial reporting, governance, or compliance rolesExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skillsStrong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholdersAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyA proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues with a focus on continuous improvementBenefitsOffering a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
