Analyst - Data & AI Product Owner

Job PurposeSupport the successful delivery, adoption, and continuous improvement of Data & AI products by acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, delivery teams, and technology partners. Manage product requirements, backlog execution, user acceptance activities, release coordination, and ongoing product performance to ensure business needs are translated into valuable and scalable Data & AI solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Delivery & Lifecycle ManagementSupport end-to-end delivery of Data & AI products from requirement definition through deployment and adoptionManage and maintain product backlogs, user stories, features, and enhancement requestsCoordinate delivery activities with business stakeholders, project teams, and implementation partnersSupport sprint planning, backlog refinement, release planning, and delivery trackingMonitor product performance and ensure timely resolution of issues and enhancement requestsBusiness Analysis & Requirements ManagementGather, document, and validate business requirementsTranslate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteriaConduct stakeholder workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and product demonstrationsEnsure requirements are clearly understood by delivery and development teamsSupport prioritization of requirements based on business value and strategic objectivesStakeholder EngagementAct as the primary interface between business users and delivery teams for assigned productsMaintain regular engagement with functional stakeholders to align product requirements and prioritiesSupport communication of product updates, releases, and enhancement plansFacilitate issue resolution and coordinate stakeholder feedbackTesting & Release ManagementCoordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activitiesEnsure test scenarios and acceptance criteria are defined and validatedSupport defect triage and resolution managementParticipate in release readiness reviews and production deployment activitiesMonitor post-release performance and business adoptionProduct Adoption & Continuous ImprovementSupport product adoption and value realization initiativesGather user feedback and identify opportunities for product enhancementsTrack product utilization, adoption trends, and business benefitsSupport training, communication, and change management activities for assigned productsRecommend improvements to maximize user experience and business valueGovernance & ComplianceEnsure products comply with established Data & AI governance standardsSupport adherence to data governance, security, PDPL, and organizational policiesMaintain product documentation, requirements repositories, and operational proceduresSupport reporting of product status, risks, issues, and performance metricsRequirementsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field0-3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Digital Products, Data & AI, Analytics, or Technology DeliveryUnderstanding of Agile delivery methodologies and product management principlesKnowledge of Data & AI products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, or digital products is preferredStrong stakeholder management, communication, and documentation skillsProfessional certifications such as PSPO, CSPO, Agile, Scrum, or Business Analysis certifications are preferred
