Location: Kolkata | Experience: 3–6 Years | Employment Type: Full-TimeJob SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Corporate Event Manager to plan and execute corporate events and MICE activitiesincluding meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions, seminars, and corporate gatherings.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and manage end-to-end corporate events and MICE projects.Coordinate with clients, venues, hotels, vendors, caterers, AV teams, and other service providers.Manage event budgets, quotations, logistics, timelines, and on-site execution.Negotiate with vendors and ensure quality service delivery.Handle client requirements and resolve operational issues during events.Prepare event reports and maintain proper documentation.Required SkillsExcellent communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.Strong event planning and vendor management abilities.Good knowledge of MICE, corporate events, and event logistics.Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure.Willingness to travel as required.
