They have a fully integrated presence across the real estate value chain, with in-house capabilities spanning investments, fund management, design & development, leasing, and property management.Education & Experience: MBA/ SCAQ(CA)/ Post graduate finance with 4-5 years of work experience Job Description:Profile- Analyst- Finance & Asset Management Finance & Accounts ResponsibilitiesBanking assistance for Singapore entities Liaise with Singapore consultants to ensure compliance with all applicable statutory, regulatory, and accounting requirements.Oversee timely accounting, reporting, and integration of financial records following transactions and business events.Asset Management ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing investor reports across portfolio assets, Conduct detailed market research on rental trends, occupancy levels, market dynamics, and competitive benchmarks to validate and refine investment assumptions for India Markets.Monitor portfolio performance against business plans and assist in developing actionable insights to improve asset outcomes and investor value.
