Job Responsibilities:Provide support to the overall risk management, include risk preference, risk limit, liquidity management, operational risk management and investment risk management.Prepare risk reports for internal board and committees, Risk Department of Head Office, and external regulators as required, including liquidity analysis and liquidity stress-testing.Coordinate with Risk Department of Head Office, ensure the full compliance of the requirements.Provide support to policy, procedure, and system which is related to risk monitoring. Ensure the company risk policies and practices are in full compliance with the regulatory requirements.Support to organize the risk related training and research activities.Keep track on continuous risk monitoring and risk reporting. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.Job Requirements:Master's degree with major in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related quantitative disciplines. A solid background in Accounting is highly preferred.1+ years of relevant experience in risk management, auditing, or financial reporting. Hands-on experience in liquidity risk management/analysis is a strong advantage.Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility. Proven ability to handle complex risk data and financial statements.Proficient in MS Excel (VBA or advanced macros is a plus); familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT/Copilot) or Python for data analysis and workflow automation is preferred.Progress towards or holder of professional certifications such as FRM, CFA, or CPA/ACCA is preferred.Strong task-prioritization capabilities, proactive team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Keen interest in financial industry and solid knowledge in various brokerage and investment banking businesses.Excellent command of Mandarin and English.
