The firm advises and partners with top-tier private equity, infrastructure, real assets and private credit managers on capital raising and strategic advisory mandates across Asia and global markets.This is a high-impact role within a lean, entrepreneurial team. The successful candidate will work closely with senior professionals, gain significant responsibility from day one, and be involved in a collaborative and supportive team with a strong emphasis on long-term development and progression.Requirements3-5 years' experience within Investment Banking, Private Equity, Secondaries, Fund Advisory, Capital Raising or a Placement Agent environmentStrong analytical skills with experience assessing private markets funds, GP track records, portfolio performance and investment strategiesInterest in and knowledge of the private markets secondaries market, including LP-led, GP-led and continuation vehicle transactionsExcellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage confidently with institutional investors and fund managersHighly organised, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple fundraising and advisory processes simultaneouslySelf-starter mindset with strong commercial judgement and a desire to build a long-term career within private markets fundraising and advisoryBachelor's degree with a strong academic record from a leading university; finance, economics, accounting or a related discipline preferredResponsibilitiesSupport the execution of advisory and capital raising mandates for leading private markets managers, with a particular focus on secondaries strategiesConduct detailed analysis of fund managers, track records, portfolio companies and underlying fund performance to support client engagementsPrepare investor marketing materials, due diligence documentation, fund presentations and other client deliverablesCoordinate investor due diligence processes, managing data rooms, information requests and communications between clients and prospective investorsMonitor investor activity, fundraising progress and market developments across the private markets secondaries landscapeSupport client pitches, mandate origination efforts and broader business development initiativesWork closely with senior team members to deliver strategic advice and execute successful fundraising outcomes for clients
