As we scale across EV products, manufacturing, supply chain, sales, service and customer experience, we are strengthening our enterprise capabilities across Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence and AI.Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Analytics Delivery Lead to help build and scale this capability.The Analytics Delivery Lead will own the delivery of enterprise analytics, BI solutions, data platforms, and AI-ready data capabilities across GEML.The role will work closely with business leaders, technology teams, data engineering teams, and external partners to translate business priorities into scalable, trusted, and high-impact analytics solutions.This is a hands-on leadership role combining analytics delivery, data architecture, BI, governance, stakeholder management and emerging AI capabilities.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end delivery of enterprise analytics and BI initiatives.Translate business requirements into scalable data and analytics solutions.Design and deliver data models, semantic layers, and enterprise KPI frameworks.Build executive and functional dashboards using Power BI, Tableau or equivalent platforms.Drive data warehouse, data lake, and lakehouse-based analytics solutions.Partner with engineering teams on ETL/ELT pipelines and data integration.Establish data quality, governance, metadata, lineage, and MDM practices.Enable trusted, reusable, and AI-ready data assets.Support AI/ML and GenAI use cases through appropriate data preparation and modelling.Drive analytics adoption and measure business impact.Manage delivery timelines, quality, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder expectations.Work with internal teams and external technology partners to ensure predictable delivery.Mentor analytics and BI professionals and drive delivery excellence.What We're Looking For10–15 years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics, BI, Data Platforms or Enterprise Reporting.Strong hands-on SQL and data transformation experience.Strong experience with Power BI, Tableau or another enterprise BI platform.Good understanding of data modelling, data warehouses, data lakes and/or lakehouse architectures.Experience with ETL/ELT, data pipelines and enterprise data integration.Exposure to data governance, data quality, metadata and MDM.Understanding of AI/ML and GenAI data requirements.Strong business stakeholder and delivery-management skills.Experience managing analytics teams and/or technology partners.Ability to operate across both business and technology environments.Preferred ExperienceExperience in automotive, EV, manufacturing, mobility, industrial, consumer, or supply-chain-intensive businesses will be an advantage.Exposure to modern cloud data platforms and AI/ML ecosystems is highly desirable.EducationBachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Analytics, Statistics, Information Technology or a related discipline.Postgraduate qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Business or Technology is preferred.Why This RoleThis is an opportunity to play a key role in building GEML's enterprise analytics and data foundation, enabling better decision-making across products, manufacturing, supply chain, customers, and corporate functions.If you enjoy solving complex business problems through data, building scalable analytics capabilities, and working at the intersection of Business, Data, Technology, and AI, we would like to hear from you.
