Analytics Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Analytics and Solutions Engineer to join our team. This role will play a crucialpart in helping organizations transform data into actionable business insights while also buildinglightweight internal applications that improve business processes and decision-making. The idealcandidate is analytical, curious, and excited about solving business problems through data visualization,automation, and modern application development tools.What you'll be doing:• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports and KPIs using modern BI tools• Build and optimize semantic data models for scalable reporting and analytics• Write efficient SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets• Develop lightweight internal business applications using modern low-code and AI-assisteddevelopment tools• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and recommendanalytical solutions• Perform data validation, troubleshooting, and ensure data accuracy across reports andapplicationsBasic Qualifications:• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics Engineering, Data Analytics etc.• B.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Data Science, or relatedengineering discipline from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, NITs, BITS Pilani, IIITs, etc.)• Strong proficiency in SQL, query optimization, and relational databases• Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, SigmaComputing, or similar• Experience with Python for data analysis, scripting, and automation• Basic understanding of web application development concepts including front-end, back-end,databases, authentication, and deployment• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, client-facing environment• Passion for learning emerging AI technologies and applying them to solve business problemsPreferred Qualifications:• Experience building internal business tools, workflow automation platforms, or data-drivenapplications using modern development frameworks, low-code platforms, or AI-assisted codingtools• Experience with version control (Git) and collaborative software development practices• Familiarity with modern application frameworks such as React, Next.js, Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask,or similar technologies
