Its long-term vision is to be a unique provider of future-skills education that contributes to national development and drives PAN India impact.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Analytics Faculty role based in Vadodara. The Analytics Faculty will design, deliver, and continuously update course content in analytics and related subjects, ensuring alignment with industry requirements and ImaginXP’s future-skills focus. Responsibilities include preparing lesson plans, conducting classroom sessions, workshops, and labs, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing constructive feedback to support learner growth. The role involves mentoring students on projects and case studies, integrating real-world data and tools into teaching, and collaborating with academic and industry partners to keep the curriculum current and practical. The faculty member will also contribute to academic quality initiatives, participate in faculty meetings and training sessions, and support placement preparation through guidance on analytics careers and skill development.Qualifications Strong foundation in analytics, data science, statistics, or related fields, with the ability to teach core and advanced analytics concepts.Hands-on experience with data analysis tools and technologies (such as spreadsheets, statistical software, programming languages, or visualization tools) relevant to industry practice.Demonstrated aptitude for academic instruction, including course design, lesson planning, classroom delivery, and student assessment.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts in an accessible, engaging manner.Collaborative mindset and ability to work with cross-functional teams, including other faculty, academic coordinators, and industry partners.Master’s degree or higher in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline; teaching or industry experience in higher education is highly beneficial.Commitment to learner-centric teaching, continuous professional development, and alignment with ImaginXP’s mission to enhance employability through future-skills education.
