The role partners with business and IT teams globally and provides coaching and development to analytics team members.ResponsibilitiesLead analytics projects from requirements gathering through analysis, reporting and presentation.Develop actionable insights and communicate findings to business stakeholders.Build and manage standardized reports, dashboards and ad hoc analytics.Partner with business and IT teams on data, reporting and analytics initiatives.Translate business requirements into reporting, process improvement and data solutions.Act as a strategic analytics partner to support informed business decisions.Coach and develop team members, strengthening analytical and business capabilities.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Business Administration or related field.Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.Strong Tableau experience, including report and dashboard development.Strong SQL development and scripting; Amazon Redshift preferred.Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.Experience with Alteryx workflows.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.Experience partnering with IT teams and business stakeholders.PreferredAI, machine learning or data science experience.HTML development skills.Interworks Creator experience.Quick-service restaurant industry knowledge.Experience coaching, mentoring or managing direct reports.
