As an AI-first company, we're leveraging data and Generative AI across content creation, personalization, growth, marketing, and monetization to shape the future of entertainment.ResponsibilitiesLead and grow the Product Analytics function for one or more strategic product or business verticals.Partner with Product, Engineering, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to define metrics, evaluate product performance, and influence strategic decisions.Build analytical frameworks that uncover opportunities across acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and creator ecosystem growth.Establish best practices for experimentation, measurement, causal inference, and metric governance across the organization.Own the analytics roadmap, ensuring scalable reporting, self-serve dashboards, and reliable KPI definitions.Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve instrumentation, event taxonomy, data quality, and real-time analytics infrastructure.Lead large-scale experimentation programs, ensuring statistically sound experiment design and actionable learnings.Translate complex analyses into compelling narratives and executive-level recommendations.Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Analysts while fostering a culture of analytical rigor and curiosity.Champion a data-driven culture by enabling teams to make faster, better product decisions through insights.RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Operations Research, or another quantitative discipline.7–10 years of experience in Product Analytics, Growth Analytics, Business Analytics, or Decision Science, with experience leading analytics teams.Advanced expertise in SQL and strong programming skills in Python (R is a plus).Strong foundation in statistics, experimentation, hypothesis testing, causal inference, forecasting, segmentation, and predictive analytics.Experience working with large-scale user behavior, clickstream, and event-level datasets.Strong knowledge of modern BI and analytics platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.).Experience with cloud data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks.Proven ability to influence product strategy and business outcomes through data-driven insights.Demonstrated experience hiring, mentoring, and developing analytics talent.Preferred QualificationsExperience working in consumer internet, streaming, gaming, marketplace, or subscription businesses.Strong understanding of recommendation systems, personalization, user lifecycle analytics, and growth metrics.Familiarity with AI/ML-powered products and applying analytics to improve intelligent product experiences.Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, highly experimental environment with multiple concurrent priorities.Passion for building teams and creating scalable analytics processes.
