The team brings in 7 years of experience in building electoral strategies that spark conversations, effect change, and help shape electoral and legislative ecosystems in our country.Job Summary:We are looking for an Analytics Manager to lead a technical team for zonal deliverables within the Survey Insights and Reporting team. The role sits at the intersection of programme delivery and analytical oversight. The Analytics Manager owns end-to-end delivery across their zones, manages a team of Senior Data Analysts and Data Analysts, and ensures all survey outputs meet quality and timeline requirements before they reach management or clients. The right candidate is someone who can hold a technical team together, keep the team on track and make sharp calls under ambiguity without losing the thread of quality. The role operates across multiple active projects simultaneously, with concurrent programmes, structured delivery timelines and a regular volume of unplanned requests alongside planned work.Key Responsibilities:Own end-to-end delivery across two assigned zones covering state-level, national and continuous tracking survey programmes.Manage the zone survey calendar, project timelines, coverage plans and resource allocation across both allotted zonesDirectly manage Senior Data Analysts and Data Analysts across zones; allocate work based on survey activity, priorities and team bandwidth.Sign off all outbound deliverables project data packages, weekly trackers, summaries and zonal reports before they reach management or clientsStandardise reporting templates and output formats across both zones in alignment with division-wide standards; co-ordinate with cross functional teams for data requirements and plans.Provide analytical insights through assessment of datasets, historical outputs and through creation of structured data analysis and various geographic and regional specific reports.Track weekly delivery status across zones, surface blockers and manage escalations to the Head of Analytics.Experience and Qualifications:Minimum qualification:Postgraduation in Business/Administration and or other relevant quantitative fields.Minimum 6 years of experience working as a managerial lead or technical program manager in analytics or other quantitative domains.Proven experience managing a team and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.Strong technical proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets and SQL.Excellent written and verbal communication skills along with ability to solve complex and logical problems with relative ease.Strong data validation skills and ability to interpret and isolate data inconsistencies and perform a Root Cause Analysis.High degree of attention to detail combined with strong problem skills.Preferred qualification:Prior exposure to survey-based research programmes, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-state or multi-market context.Experience working with structured data outputs, trackers, dashboards, data reports, using TABLEAU/POWER BI is an added advantage.Fundamental knowledge of python libraries such as Numpy, Pandas and Matplotlib is preferred.Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to explain technical data to non technical stakeholders both internally and externally.Structured thinker who makes sharp decisions under ambiguity and shifting priorities. Comfortable in switching and identifying analytical and operational problems.
