ECM Analytics Manager — Fintech London | HybridConsumer Credit Analytics. SQL. Portfolio Strategy. Real P&L impact.We're exclusively retained on an Analytics Lead hire with a fast-growing consumer credit fintech.A hands on analytics leadership role owning strategy across an active credit card portfolio, taking problems from SQL and data extraction through to strategy, implementation and live customer outcomes.You'll work across: Credit limit strategyBalance transfersRepricingCustomer campaignsPortfolio managementCustomer performance and profitabilityThe technical requirement is important. We need someone genuinely hands-on with SQL — extracting, manipulating and analysing customer and portfolio data rather than managing analysts. Python is highly desirable, particularly for modelling and deeper analytics, but strong SQL is essential. You'll also have two direct reports, so we're looking for someone who can lead and develop analysts while still getting into the data themselves.What we're looking for: Consumer credit analytics — ECM, portfolio, pricing, acquisitions or similarStrong, hands-on SQL is essential • Python desirable, not essential •Credit cards, loans or retail lendingPrevious people management or mentoring experienceStrong analytical and commercial judgementExisting UK right to work — no sponsorshipThis is a small team with high visibility and high impact.
