Job Title: Analytics Manager – Marketing and Media OptimizationJob Location:Brooklyn, NYDuties:Guide data analysts focused on marketing performance, attribution, and optimization across multiple media channels; develop and refine media mix models using open-source and proprietary frameworks to assess media contribution and guide budget allocation; conduct testing and experiment design to isolate the causal impact of specific campaigns or media types; build and maintain automated ETL pipelines and workflows to integrate data from media platforms, intake systems, and TV spend platforms; manage the intake, transformation, and validation of media, spend, and case data from multiple sources to ensure accurate performance reporting; develop forecasting models for key performance metrics such as CPI, lead volume, and conversion rates; create dashboards to communicate insights to marketing, finance, and executive stakeholders; partner with Media and Finance teams to ensure alignment on performance KPIs, campaign goals, and media planning; and monitor data pipelines and model performance, iterate based on campaign outcomes and evolving media mix.

Job Requirements
