At ADCB, we nurture a diverse, inclusive community where every voice is valued.About the business areaThe Touchpoints business, which is part of Meedaf, is committed to driving digital innovation and deliver customer centric digital loyalty solutions designed to drive client engagement and improve overall service delivery to partners and members.In this role, your key responsibilities include:Translate Touchpoints programme, customer and partner data into actionable insight that supports member engagement, retention and commercial decision-making across the business.Develop segmentation, personalisation and behavioural insight outputs that enable targeted campaigns,proposition refinement and improved value delivery for members, partners and internal stakeholders.Develop and commercialise data and insight propositions, including rate-card based analytics, bespoke partner insights and benefits validation outputs that support new revenue opportunities.Assess partner requirements, data availability and commercial value to shape monetisation opportunitiesthat are controlled, relevant and aligned with programme objectives.Design and maintain reporting tools, dashboards and performance modules that provide a single view ofprogramme performance, partner outcomes and key business indicators.Ensure reporting output includes clear interpretation and commercial narrative so that stakeholders canunderstand performance movements, risks and opportunities without relying on raw data alone.Support on the business case development of new products and services for the program by providingrelevant data points to complete modelling.Manage analytics governance, data quality checks and reporting standards to ensure insight outputs areconsistent, traceable and suitable for business decision making.Work with relevant control functions and data owners to ensure data usage, reporting logic and privacyconsiderations are understood and applied within analytics outputs.Support Fraud teams on any fraud related issues that require data analysis and insight.Use appropriate analytics tools, emerging technologies and artificial intelligence capabilities to improve insight generation, reporting speed and connectivity between data, communication and commercial action.Identify practical opportunities to automate recurring analysis, strengthen modelling capability and improve the scalability of the Touch Points insight function.The ideal candidate should have the following experienceAt least 6 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data science or commercial insight, including exposure to data monetisation or partner insight delivery within loyalty, Financial Services, retail, digital or related sectors.Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, Finance or related discipline.Data AnalyticsBusiness IntelligenceData MonetisationSegmentation and PersonalisationCommercial StorytellingDashboard DevelopmentData GovernanceArtificial Intelligence AwarenessWhat we offer:Comprehensive Benefits Package: This includes market-leading medical insurance, group life and personal accident insurance, paid leave and leave airfare, employee preferential rates on loans and finance facilities, staff discounts and offers, and children education assistance (for certain job levels).Flexible and Remote Working Options: We understand the importance of work-life balance and offer flexible working arrangements, subject to eligibility and job requirements.Learning and Development Opportunities: We value and facilitate continuous learning and personal development, through a variety of exciting learning opportunities, such as structured instructor-led courses, a comprehensive e-Learning catalog, on-the-job training and professional development programs.At ADCB, we are dedicated to creating a respectful, caring and disciplined work environment that aligns with your career ambitions.
