Quandatics promotes continuous learning through training programs and exposure to real-world analytics projects.Role Description This full-time, on-site Analytics Specialist role is based in Quezon City and involves working closely with clients and internal teams to turn data into actionable insights. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data; building reports and dashboards; and supporting business analytics initiatives to address operational and strategic questions. The Analytics Specialist will apply statistical methods to identify trends and patterns, interpret findings, and present clear recommendations to stakeholders. The role also includes collaborating on advanced analytics projects, documenting methodologies, and contributing to continuous improvement of analytical processes and tools.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a solid foundation in Analytics.Candidates should possess experience in Business Analytics and Data Analytics for decision support.Candidates should possess applied knowledge of Statistics for data modeling and interpretation.Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.Proficiency with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is beneficial.Ability to communicate complex findings clearly, work collaboratively on-site, and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.Experience in big data, advanced analytics, or cybersecurity domains is an advantage.
