Job Title:Analytics Specialist – Procurement & ITLocation: Bangalore, IndiaJob Type: HybridJob DescriptionThe Analytics Specialist – Procurement & IT will support the global Procurement and IT functions by developing Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models for performance management and business decision-making.The role will focus on transforming data from multiple sources into clear, interactive, and user-friendly dashboards, while applying strong data visualization, storytelling, and UI/UX principles.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.Use DAX, Power Query, and Microsoft Fabric to build advanced analytics solutions.Extract and transform data from Excel, flat files, databases, and other sources.Use SQL and Python for data manipulation, analysis, and transformation.Apply data visualization and UI/UX best practices to create intuitive dashboards.Develop effective data storytelling to communicate insights to business stakeholders.Understand Procurement and IT business requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.Collaborate with global Procurement, IT, and Analytics teams.Identify opportunities for reporting automation, standardization, and process improvement.Present complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.Required SkillsAdvanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and Data Modelling.Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and Python.Strong data visualization and dashboard design skills.Understanding of UI/UX and data storytelling.Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams.EducationBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field.ExperienceMinimum 6 years of professional experience.5+ years of experience in Power BI, data visualization, and data modelling.Experience with Microsoft Fabric.2+ years of experience with Python and SQL.Experience in Procurement and/or IT analytics is preferred.
